Analogy and simulation for travel and human activities on other celestial bodies
The 1st Day of Exo-geographical Studies “The Planets on Earth”, an event dedicated to the study of extreme environments and the simulation of operational conditions for human activities in space, with a multidisciplinary approach combining geography, technology and scientific research. The programme addresses topics such as infrastructure, habitats, exploration and prospects for settlement on other celestial bodies, with contributions from academic and institutional experts. As part of the session on settlement prospects, Corrado Giustozzi, Senior Partner at Rexilience, will speak on cybersecurity and the protection of critical infrastructure in space outposts, highlighting the security challenges in extreme environments.
